In the a small relaxing village in the North West of Mauritius, discover the magical wonders of the sea at the Mauritius Aquarium in Pointe Aux Piments. Located on the Coastal road, the aquarium is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:00pm while on Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 10am to 3:00pm. Be sure to get there before 11:00 am if you want to see the feeding sessions, an amazing thing to watch.

The aquarium is home to a large number of species including the Crown squirrelfish and the Devil Firefish as well as a number of sharks. The newly designed architecture shows off what the aquarium has to offer to a better degree, balancing out the beauty that they both hold. Get to experience what you only dream about when staring into the crystal clear Mauritian water from the land above. Now you are able to take a walk on the ocean floor observing the many, many types of animals that our world holds, especially an island ocean eco-system. One of the most beautiful places on earth.
